Kilian Pinz worked with several agencies in both traditional print and digital marketing. Throughout his career, he has gained experience in business consulting, advertising, copywriting, PPC advertising, e-commerce, lead generation, email marketing, conversion rate optimization, sales, content creation, and business strategy. 

Kilian Pinz has worked with businesses and clients in Germany, Austria, and the United States. Through his businesses and consulting work, he continues to help companies improve customer acquisition, optimize marketing performance, and build scalable systems for sustainable business growth.

Kilian Pinz believes that the quality of a person’s business—and ultimately the quality of their life—is largely determined by the quality of the decisions they make.

Throughout his years in business, he has observed that entrepreneurs often find themselves at opposite ends of the same spectrum.

Some possess unwavering confidence but spend too little time developing the knowledge and skills required for lasting success. Because they believe they already have the answers, they stop asking better questions. Their confidence becomes a barrier to growth, preventing them from acquiring the experience and understanding needed to turn ambition into reality.

Others dedicate years to mastering their craft, becoming exceptionally capable through relentless learning, deliberate practice, and continuous improvement. Ironically, the deeper their understanding becomes, the more aware they become of everything that could go wrong. Their growing expertise exposes complexity, uncertainty, and risk—often leading to overthinking, self-doubt, and hesitation.

Kilian Pinz believes that both extremes prevent people from reaching their full potential.

Confidence without competence often produces poor decisions. Competence without confidence often produces no decisions at all.

True success comes from developing both.

He believes that knowledge creates awareness, awareness naturally creates doubt, and wisdom is learning to take decisive action despite that awareness. True confidence is not the absence of doubt—it is the willingness to move forward while fully understanding the challenges ahead.
